A Note about Writing Workshops - Picturebook and Novel

Also: a note about SUBSTACK offering a FREE MONTH of subscription! And how that works -- better than socks for Christmas!

We have two small groups of people interested in a picturebook writing workshop, and a workshop for adult novels. (I also had one person requesting a Young Adult/fantasy workshop… so if that interests you, please let me know!)

The picturebook one will be rolling out this week, and the novel workshop will begin as soon as someone in the group is ready to submit a first chapter!

I’ll share links to posts about workshopping—its nature and what it involves.

But in a nutshell, you send me your manuscript via email (alison@alisonacheson.com) and I post in the order in which I receive, with a week in between. You then use the Unschool “Workshop Space” to share feedback. (Paid subscribers only.)
